Needs Focus & Leadership - Anonymous employee H2o + Employee Review

This is a great brand with a lot of opportunities for growth. I think it went through a bump which was predicted with a rebrand and now it's lost it's way. MOST of my colleagues were amazing, some are a little full of themselves, but you will find that everywhere. People there are smart, agile and try to be positive even when it's bad. They are in a beautiful building in the middle of the financial district, although I have heard rumblings that they are moving. Pay was reasonable.
