I have been working at HAECO full-time

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to work as a team. Abundant growth opportunities if you are willing to really work for it.

    Cons

Very understaffed as a company. Due to this amount of understaffment, most weeks are about 50-60 hours, however can be as bad as 65-70 hours a week. There are not enough people here to meet all of deadlines placed on the company.

    Advice to Management

Hire more workers, but good workers.

    I worked at HAECO

    Pros

Just a short-term internship but everything is great.

    Cons

Nothing bad. The only problem is that the planners' office is next to the planes.
