I worked at HCL Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Less work pressure. Managers are not bossy

    Cons

The CEO has written a book called "Employee first, customer second". But nobody know the real meaning. When the recession stuck the IT industry in late 2012 and when things turned quite bad, the company adopted the policy of sending out the employees first before losing the customers second. Don't get carried away with this kind of stupid and immatured management mantras. When the America is ready to outsource and willing to spend the money any zero can become the hero of the company, but when America goes into recession and curtails its spending, it is the end of the world.

    Advice to Management

Must change their orthodox outlook to save the company from future perils. Being a services company won't help in the future.
