    Pros

    1. Work life balance 2. Good food place 3. Central office location

    Cons

    1. A lot of red tapes 2. A lot of old staffs 3. Micro managing from middle management

    Advice to Management

Give more trust and empowerment to the staffs. Provide genuine help and advice when the staffs need you. Don’t be afraid to take responsible and made decision even if it may turn out wrong. Don’t be too overreactive over comments or requests made by Senior Mangement.

    I worked at HDB full-time

    Pros

Great colleagues. Gym is not bad. Good salary and benefits

    Cons

The Groups in HDB loves playing the blame game and the IT group always gets the brunt of it. Management does not protect. Style of management in ISG is bossy. No true leadership. Technologies used are ancient. Newer courses are being given to selective people. Management acts as if embracing changes but fear going to do the changes. Its a sinking ship

    Advice to Management

To ISG management, grow a pair. Be true leaders. Guide your men and don't expect to be spoon-fed. Embrace change and don't fear them. Don't be a reactive group. Be an active one since you are a technology group. You should drive. Not be driven.
