    Salary is not bad for STEM personnel

    Cons

    Senior Management engages in destructive politics, very frustrating Many projects not well thought through - fire and forget is commonplace Technical roles end up being administrative and general management Does not value add to your CV or as a professional Opportunities for rotations and secondments are terribly rare - most bosses are highly territorial over their headcount, unless you really are terrible Young...

    Advice to Management

    Stop the politics. Stop complaining that Singaporeans are full of complaints, because it makes you just like one of them. We stop growing as an organization because you fail to see that we are here to serve, not be served. To applicants - if are seriously thinking about "serving the nation", good luck because Management prefers servitude to them, not the people
