      The growth opportunities as an employee here are fantastic! I genuinely feel that I can take my career in any direction I want. The product landscape is expanding and we are truly becoming one of the most profitable companies in Santa Barbara. If you are looking to secure a spot at a place that will be very competitive in a few years - come here now!

      Some of the legacy employees can be very difficult to work because they are used to being part of every decision when it was a small start up company

      Advice to Management

      Empower the new and experienced leaders coming into the company. You don't want great people leaving because it's too hard to get things done.
