Management Megalomaniacs - Project Manager HMS Technologies Employee Review

Amazing staff--important work--good clients and teammates-beautiful offices. What's not to like?

None to speak of at all.

There are some really nice people below management levels.

The CEO, Bill Kirkpatrick, made false promises to attract me to HMS. After proving my value my first year winning many large contracts, my reward was a new employment offer for less money with the promise that HMS would take care of me at the end of the year if I met all of my deliverables. Not only did I meet all of my desirables, but helped HMS win some pretty big contracts. Enough for them to graduate from Small Business. My reward, no end of the year bonus and Bill refused to return my calls or emails to find out why he wouldn’t honor his promise. A few weeks later, they laid me off due to “Restructuring”. Beware.
