Pros

As a fast growing SME, they offer flexible rotations and development programs for their employees. you are encouraged to implement your initiatives and grow with leadership skill.

Cons

If you can't accept the culture inside the organization, you will suffer. Productivity can be reviewed directly and intime, so if you are not fast enough to adjust, you will also suffer.

Advice to Management

not everyone suits to be aggresive and eagers to earn big money. it's good to not encourage everyone to be a consultant.
