    I find it a great place to work and use my total skill set from my full IT Career path

    Cons

    There is some "spying" and backstabbing, but in this economy I find that to be the case in most large organizations

    Friendly Work environment, freedom of ideas and recommendations, flexi timing

    Cons

    Work hours, unreasonable deadlines, high attrition hence resource crunch and pressure.

    Advice to Management

    8 hours a week is there for a reason.. Try not to frustrate your employees. It'll reduce the attrition.
