I have been working at HSBC Holdings full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great place to learn latest HR practices, great people to work with. The biggest pro is that HSBC values diversity. It doesn't matter where you come from, you always feel that you are a part of this big team.

Cons

There is not much to say. The only thing that I would comment on is that because of the size of the company, it's hard to have close relations with the people from different departments.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at HSBC Holdings full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The experience and training programs that you get in hsbc is the best. Being an international bank, it exposes you to several experiences that other local banks do not have. The system of having limits for corporate clients to be approved locally and over these limits to be approved by the headquarters gives the bank strength with minimum risks.

    Cons

Mangement discrimination with employees ad mangement self interests do exist unfortunately.

    Advice to Management

To stop discrimnatory actions among employees and increase training programs in the overseas branches and particulary at the headquarters and give tests to trainees after the program to make sure employees are learning from these training programs.t

    Pros

In here, it seems I'm not in a office rather in a get together with friends. All are helpful with their own field of expertise, ready to give shoulder when you need one and always helps to explore the unexplored.

    Cons

Sometimes you might feel gloomy regarding work pressure, sometimes you might feel demotivated. But sharing your thoughts always brightens up the day.

    Advice to Management

People love those people who makes time to listen and share their opinion. All the person have potential, you need the right person to tap on the right place.
