Lots of OT when time & work load permits

Cons

Inssufficient training, Management has lack of knowledge at times.

Advice to Management

Management should be better informed about what's going on in projects in order to better direct employees.

    Pros

    Hours can sometimes be flexible based on your department
    Great people to work with
    Potential to move up quickly with hard work

    Cons

    The fact that PHH is taking over most of this company in Buffalo has morale at a pretty low level. Future positions are unsure, along with some other disappointments, but from what I can tell they are mostly problems from PHH's side.
    A lot of temporary workers right now means there can be frustrations dealing with high-turnover departments not fully knowing what they're doing. Again, it's just the situation the company's in and not much they can do about it.
    Every second of your day is managed by a company system to calculate productivity- better not daydream too much

    Advice to Management

    I see the value in keeping productivity numbers high, but don't let it mean you sacrifice quality or causing problems for employees.
