They used to be a team of loyal internationally mobile executives

Cons

But now the cadre is falling apart in favor of a more expensive international recruitment policy

Show more loyalty to international managers

    Operations and job allocation well streamlined at junior level.
    Opportunity to work with diverse cultures and people
    Decent salary and benefits

    Cons

    Lack of strategic direction and alignment at senior level
    Excessively aggressive culture that eroded team spirit, creativity, communication and ethical values.
    Senior managers weren't well-trained and educated, which resulted in mediocre level out from middle managers to avoid rocking the boat.
    Diversity didn't result in equality.

    Advice to Management

    Get a rocking senior management team to give strategic direction and change culture.
