I have been working at HSBC Holdings full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Excellent work environment, scope of exponential growth for aspirants. Flexible and employee friendly, best paymaster in the industry.

Cons

There is a stagnancy after 5 to 6 years down the line,

Advice to Management

Top line profitability is shared with country heads, Business heads. However, the grass root employees should know the business model and how their contribution counts in the success of their respective cost centers. This is lacking and should be shared by line managers.
