Pros

HSBC offers a diverse, international working experience with a community of co-workers from around the world, and a supportive atmosphere

Cons

The difficulty of moving from one division to another and the salary is very uncompetitive, even within the internal bank divisions

Advice to Management

Use the global footprint to complement an excellent employee offering not for it to be the sole reason why people would want to work at HSBC

    Big company that you can learn the organization structure;
    Talented people with passion to create a world-class banking systems that are used by millions of people

    Cons

    You only work on a specific field and few chance to work on other (this always happen in big organization)

    Advice to Management

    They should care more about their teammate. Organize more team event to cheer up the team spirit and make them work like a family
