Pros
flexible working, autonomy, international clients, pays well, interesting work, good work ethic in the office, good location and environment, nice and diverse people, good collaboration opportunities, chances to develop, high targets and ambitions
Cons
don't always practice what they preach, a lot of change with management (people and style), not many benefits, not everyone gets the same development opportunities, work and people strategies are still being tried and tested, less team building/socialising.
