    Pros

Working from home, Managers are very nice and supportive as they can be.

    Cons

Something changed in my years of working with HSN . It went from a very streamlined sales approach to a pushy confusing and excessive talking to customers that did not relate to better experience or more sales. They seemed to become more concerned with coming up with "Monday Morning Quarterback" suggestions than providing realistic conversation to the customer. On a different note don't expect Sunday off. 4 years and couldn't get it on any shift. No advancement opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Streamline and get back to your previous sales ways.
