I worked at Habitat for Humanity as a contractor (Less than a year)

Pros

Everyone was very pleasant and we had fun.

Cons

There were too many volunteers and not everyone had something to do the majority of the time. Could be worse....

    I have been working at Habitat for Humanity full-time

    Pros

    The company pushes to not only help those trying to get into a home, but also assist in keep hundreds of thousand of tons out of reusable materials out of the landfill every year. Reuse, renew, recycle!

    Cons

    Long hours on your feet, certain positions do not allow for breaks to be taken,

    Advice to Management

    Continue on with the fight for Humanity, keep directors out of store.
