Positive Outlook

I worked at Habitat for Humanity full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Everyone is dedicated to the mission of providing decent, sustainable, and affordable housing to low income first time homebuyers. President/CEO Erin Rank is as hard working and dedicated as any I have ever worked for. Very inspirational, as well as friendly to all.

Cons

Extremely heavy workload, requiring extended hours, although the time does fly by.

Advice to Management

Be more knowledgeable about what each employee is contributing.

    Pros

By working with Habitat or Humanity you are able to help people get wonderful homes they otherwise would be unable to have.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is that they don't do more woman's builds.
