    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Pay, depending on the team and how business is going, is fantastic. There are some really smart people in the agency. They are working very hard at improving the culture for retention purposes.

    Cons

There's a deep pride in being type A... so you should also be type A because that's the only type that matters. There is a lot of aggression displayed if any mistakes are made.
