    Pros

They have a beautiful new building. People there are so nice its hard to not smile when there. Benefits are pretty comprehensive

    Cons

Management can be crazy at times, HR is always hyper as hell to the point of annoying. However, again everyone is pretty nice

    Advice to Management

You have good people but some of your people need to seriously chill out and try to figure out things. More money is always nice.

I worked at Haggar full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Ethical, honest with great leadership. Projects that allow you to shine. Ownership. No micro management in Canadian office. Perks like food!

    Cons

Felt like I had to commit my life to the job, but that is the biz during peak seasons.
At times middle management was too much to handle.
Allow a day off after back to back travel days.
    Have a designated HR person.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to be amazing!
