    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great way to get into the oilfield. They have some of the best technology out there. Things are a little more structured than at most smaller competitors.

    Cons

You get little or no training. They are too worried about profit margin, it's hard to get time off that you are entitled to.

    Advice to Management

Need to pay more attention to staff needs and really make an effort to increase the retention rates as current retention rates are abysmal.

    Recommends

    Pros

Income really is unlimited over time
    Ability to travel
    Flexibility during work day
    Not always 'in the office'

    Cons

There is a LOT to learn
Direction is needed and not always given
Management could use training in management and not just field experience
Sometimes you miss important family events/Holidays
Work week could be as longs as 35 days on/35 days off (positive or negative)

    Advice to Management

Realize that there are many different types of people, not just copies of you, and they learn differently, make decisions differently, have families, and want to succeed and would like direction.
