Upper management communication and long hours.

Communicate and listen to workers on floor. Training needs to be a consistent basis, so production is same quantity and quality wise.

I have been working at Halliburton full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good starting pay, LOTS of overtime, great 401K plan, ESPP, and health benefits. Life insurance, paid time off, sick pay, etc, etc.

    Cons

Slow on training issues, some favoritism with lower management. Poor time management and not enough emphasis on employee moral and productivity. This leads to excessive employee turnover.

    Advice to Management

Lower end managers need better training in proper employee/management relations. More emphasis on creating employee loyalty and positive moral.
