    Advice to Management

    Please train and update employees on new policies etc. BEFORE they are actually implemented, also you could stand to pay your employees a bit better. Other than that, a good company to work for!

    Pros

    Hallmark manages alot of airline accounts at the airports so in case 1 account is lost employees from that account are moved to other accounts and in this way you do not lose your jobs.

    Cons

    If you involved on a account and have to move to another it takes time so need speedy action then for employee to sit and wait.

    Advice to Management

    Takes time but can do it.
