1.99% percent UTs is a blow in the back for any developer. Developers love to solve real problems not do a nut job work like writing unit tests. 2.HR team is here just to roll out offers and relieving letters. 3. Immatuture CTO 4. DOEs and Architects are friends of CTO. They never earned their position. If you compare them with Tier1 company DOEs and Architects, then they don't even fit in SDE1/SDE2 roles. 5. No proper office space 6. Nowadays entire tech team is leaving, so it is running by contractors 7. DOEs and architects simply shout on the slack channel 8. So if you provide any feedback then it will backfire you 9. Lack of soft skills from management 10. On what basis they are comparing themself as FB, Google, I really don't know 11.A healthcare start-up that is never focused on the welfare of employees 12. No proper priotization and planning on tech OKRs and PRDs
