      Pros

      Medical and dental benefits are decent. Summer hours program is nice.

      Cons

      New ERP system has brought the company to its knees. Botched launch should have never happened. If you want to spend hours daily in meetings discussing all the ERP failures, this is the place to work. HR is a puppet for the upper management and does not care about the employees.
