Pros

Location of office - close to tube to leave Some nice people who’ve stayed there despite everything Some longstanding clients nice to deal with

Cons

No confidence in management No career progression Sexist - few women in senior positions Archaic practices and no employee policies or at least none that are adhered to No praise or acknowledgement, no bonuses for hitting target - absolutely no incentives No value placed on loyal employees leading to a miserable workplace and v high turnover of staff Some support staff think they manage the place You’re either in or you’re out - if the face doesn’t fit..... Employees treated with contempt and viewed as replaceable irrespective of position, work ethic or length of service People join and want to leave straight away - particularly when current members of staff encourage them to Offices need overhaul - little investment in facilities and working environment terrible Pay awful (£50 bonus per year’s service at Christmas is considered generous)

Pros

The job was good until I realized I was the only knowledgeable one in the entire corporation.

Cons

No one knew how to mind their own business or do their own job.

Pros

The only I can think of are that the office is OK and in a nice location, and some junior and support staff are nice.

Cons

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Senior management are unprincipled and cruel and there is a serious lack of transparency in the way departments are run. Practically zero career progression unless you are one of the docile and obedient ones who turns a blind eye to the appalling practices at this place. Avoid this awful firm if you care about your career.
