Pros
some really nice people. Hours are not bad. work isn't too demanding. Several sites to manage as far as network and communications is concerned.
Cons
Bi Polar manager with no hiring skills at all. hires people that are not qualified, then fires them after 6 months to two years. So there is no consistency, no continuity.
