    Pros

Friendly front desk, MT’s and Estheticians. Gives off a tight knit family vibe. Pick your own schedule but does require one closing shift. Hire on bonus. Discount on product and services. Food/drinks offered in meetings. Nice gifts/gestures on special occasions. Clean lobby always decorated nicely. No micromanaging. Nice owner that comes in sometimes. Back bar usually stocked. Some continued education with compensation.

    Cons

The honor system for Covid vaccinations and masks. Clients should not be given the choice to make their service provider wear a mask when they are allowed not to during services. Small commission for enhancements performed. Back to back clients with very little downtime to clean, and change linens. Feels rushed and often like your running behind. Not enforcing cancellation policy, leaving the employee unpaid. Teamwork lacks with duties around the break room and treatment rooms, especially laundry and vacuuming. Vaping in the break room. Leads can be gossipy. Pay could be better especially for specialty massages EI Prenatal, sports, deep tissue. Matching clients to the appropriate service provider so clients are happy with service and less likely to complain about it not being the right fit. Clutter around the spa, stacked chairs, broken stone warmers, sheet bins blocking exit in break room. Wanting staff to train for something they do not want to. EI Brazilian waxes.
