    Pros

Free on-site gym and doctor's office Brand name recognition

    Cons

Everything that company does is reactive rather than proactive. There are so many archaic, interlocked systems (both financial and marketing) that have never been fully integrated with one another but have been added to the queue as yet another band-aid for a symptom of an issue - never truly addressing the root cause. There were way too many instances where upper management were more than okay to provide a temporary fix to meet a deadline and then refuse to address the real issue once the deadline has passed. When implementing a new reconciliation software, individuals expressed concern about gaining initial functionality for fear that once management recognized that method worked, they would never put the time and resources forward to bring everything to full functionality even while the company was _paying_ for full functionality. The environment is extremely degrading. Individuals have certain reputations for intentionally putting up roadblocks to improving efficiency simply because they don't want anything else on their plate or it doesn't suite their preferences. Senior managers have been known to tear others down and speak poorly about others while not even bothering to have any discretion. The company claims to have career growth in mind, but I can honestly say I learned less in 3 years than I have in just several months at other positions. There is an air of arrogance where seniors do not believe that someone else may have helpful ideas and can contribute to issues at hand. In the cases where I asked to explore a different area I was interested in, I was shot down. It's common knowledge around the company that it's easier to get into the company than it is to move around once you're there.
