    Pros

Great company. Fun to work for. Gave alot of paid holidays. Had book and running clubs. Allowed employees to work from home.

    Cons

Fired hundreds of their employees when they bought their competitor as soon as employees returned from holiday break.

I worked at Hanley Wood full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

ok benefits and more than average time off. Average vacation time that cannot be carried over to the next year- people end up loosing it. Sick benefits- you can use a day or two in a year but if you try to go for more you get somehow penalized for that

    Cons

lower than average pay rate with no increases or lower than the market. no annual bonuses (not even a $100). micromanagement on every step. toxic cliques bringing negativity by activities that would alienate others overseen by management.

    Advice to Management

    changes needed!
