    Pros

People People People the people that work here are more like family than co-workers. The working atmosphere is wonderful and "most" days I am happy to come to work. That makes it very enjoyable.

    Cons

Salary could be better and a cost of living increase as well as a merit raise would be benificial.

    Advice to Management

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Hansgrohe full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Unmatched product quality and company reputation. Beautiful with a focus on design. Really great people to work with.

    Cons

Poor US relationship with German HQ sometimes gets in the way of mutually agreed upon and pursued goals.

    Advice to Management

If HG is going to make the type of impact on the US market that they would like to, they need to invest more in the people and company here.
