      Pros

      If you are fresher then good for start carrier and don't stay longer than couple of years.

      Cons

      Was working for Hanwa India for quite long time. In Mumbai branch head Japanese Mr. Ueno doesn't know how to behave with own staffs and even doesn't know how to behave with customers. No ethics, no policies. He treats employees like animals.

      Nice health insurance (almost no deduction) in the US

      Pros

      It is a great company to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      The pay will be stagnate at best and the work/life balance is not good. A lot of travel and overtime work.
