Raises, bonuses, and room for... promotions. Note: Please make sure you see the correct division and location on reviews as this specific division and location of Hanwha Techwin America is excellent. I see other reviews that are not great but those are different divisions and locations.

I worked at Hanwha Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Pay is fair, good colleagues, clean facility

    Cons

Non-paid overtime for salary employees, language barrier between Korean managers and Americans employees, work-life balance, culture differences.

    Advice to Management

Please understand employees are happier and more efficient when they have a good work-life balance. Let them enjoy their time out of work. Do not contact them while they are on vacation as you should have other employees who can take care of things while people are out. Staying late does not equal to working hard.
