    Insurance 401k Pto (when you can use it) Coworkers

    Cons

    Lack of Technology No store pick up/ship to store Too many coupon exclusions Scheduling Stockrooms are too small for product size Most stores do not have a dock Communication from the top Processes need to be improved Expect part time people to have full time availability Sick time policy 0 work life balance if you carry keys you’ll live there High turnover Pressure to make sales and other goals

    Pros

    The Management at the Queen Creek store are Top Tier and are some of the nicest people on the planet, even the ones I didn't quite see eye to eye with. Hours where quite flexible and it payed well for a retail job.

    Cons

    I would have to ask every person checking out if they wanted to purchase a membership when that person clearly wouldn't need one. If I was caught not asking my manager would get upset with me even though many of the customers who are shopping here only did about twice a year. Also people tend to not give their 2 weeks and I'd often be left to cover their shifts.
