Pros

Benefits seem competitive, pay was competitive

Cons

* Layoffs every year for the duration of my time there
* Incompetent coworkers with mistakes that cost the company tens of thousands of dollars still managed to survive
* Management favorites promoted time and time again despite lack of job skill or work ethic
* Creativity not encouraged
* Stuck around for the paycheck as long as possible, but in the end it was soul-numbing

    Pros

    Good benefits, nice people, typical work week. Also has a lot of online business classes you can take in your spare time.

    Cons

    This company is completely mismanaged and in the dark about where they are headed. They buy outdated equipment and think it'll change everything, without getting feedback from their staff. There have been layoffs after layoffs - due to refinancing for the board. Decisions of who to lay off were completely ridiculous - they laid off the people who did all the work instead of the upper management folks who collect fat paychecks and do very little work.

    Advice to Management

    Open your eyes to forward thinking and what the future holds - forget about how it's always been done or what kept you in business in the past. Wake up! Print/checks are dying! I'd strongly suggest get you some knowledge base around social media and digital communication or you will continue to sink as fast as your employees are leaving!
