Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Harmon Sign full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

I enjoyed the work I did and was hopeful about the variety of jobs that I could be trained for.

Cons

The shop environment is not only extremely chauvinist but also sizist. The male employees are allowed to freely berate and demean the few females on staff.

Advice to Management

Consider my diversity in your hiring practices and sensitivity training.
