I have been working at Harmonix Music Systems part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Easy work environment with a hands on owner who is very caring, accommodating and extremely easy to work with.

    Cons

Small company with little mobility. Clients can be a handful at times. Small organization so mostly working by yourself as only employee on site.

    Advice to Management

Database systems to store client information would be more effective to create programs catered to the needs of the clientele.

I have been working at Harmonix Music Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fantastic culture of young like minded artistic people, catered meals, and company outings. Amazing senior management.

    Cons

Middle managers often have little experience leading people which can lead to conflicts. Corporate hierarchy seems arbitrary, and hard workers are sometimes overlooked, pay is low considering location. The fun and camaraderie shared with co-workers is not always worth the headache of management.

    Advice to Management

Senior Management should be more involved with employees and implement a system where employees can professionally evaluate their managers, and not just vice versa.
