I have been working at Harris full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Excellent benefits - but will have to wait and see how Obamacare affects it. It is a job.

Cons

Unless you are an engineer of some type, opportunities are limited. We are again Top Heavy with too many of those requiring "Face Time" and wearing brown noses. Too many are prepared to "leap" at the mere utterance of those above, regardless of outcome.

Advice to Management

Upper Management - Cut the fluff from the top and leave the base alone
