    Pros

The best thing about Harris CapRock is the former CapRock employees that still work there. That group of people decreases daily. Perspective is everything. If you were formerly SLB you'll love the incompentency and mismanagement of a once well-run and profitable organization. If your former CapRock you'll keep your head down and pray the "Blue" management team doesn't come to your under-sized cubicle and walk you to the door.

    Cons

Project and program mismanagement = losing millions of dollars = layoffs (targetted attitrition of team members that built the company) = alienating longtime and loyal customers = cancellation of the Christmas party.

    Advice to Management

Change the signage on the buildings to Harris or Harris Schlumberger Satellite and be done with it.
