The increment for raises isn’t the best. There is no time to sit down so it’s a lot of work on your feet.

very flexible hours, 401k, insurance, and able to grow in the store and they will hire literally anyone
Cons
some managers are the worst, they will hire literally ANYONE and you have to give 3 WEEKS heads up before you ask to take time off.
