Cons
Little to no women of color in upper management. Management refuses to make changes necessary to better their department. Expected to go above and beyond the expectations of your job description. Pay is well below market. No work life balance. Outdated practices.

The overnight assistant is Terrible always the last person to report to work and doesn’t perform his work duties has everyone else doing his job!! And plays the blame game when his Boss comes in… when we are not looking or listening.. needs a more mature approach and to be a Team player not a overseer…
