    Pros

This is a typical non-profit environment where people are not so competitive to each other. Most jobs are team based allowing constant support and feedback.

    Cons

Managers are tied up in numerous projects and only meet with you between their back to back meetings. Access to leaders is therefore rather limited.

    Advice to Management

Adding levels of management might only make the system more cumbersome. A 15 minute stand up meetings are helpful for everyone to have a chance to mention their obstacles. Managers can therefore keep a close eyes on what is happening, prioritize how issues can be resolved. The timeliness of the projects won't suffer.
