I have been working at Hattiesburg Clinic full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are great but lower pay due to that. Most providers are very nice and do now talk like you are beneath them. The management seems to do it more oddly enough. Patients are amazing and it's rewarding working with the patients. Apply to any BUT Connections the Main clinic depts are awesome and some satellites.

    Cons

Management there is the WORST micro management you'll ever have. And very manipulative. Avoid Connections at all cost. Over worked, understaffed, new patients and paperwork constantly but no help with staff. They result to micro managing and pushing to work harder as a solution. Management will put a target on your back if you object to anything or have a different way of doing things. Even if it produced the same result. It has to be his idea. Everyone talks but won't say anything to the higher ups due to retaliation. The Place was a good working environment till The new manager came on board.

    Advice to Management

More staff, less micro managing. Let adults work as adults.
