The "schedulers" are actually also the nurse managers. As such, they are not focused on effective scheduling and are all very POOR communicators. One of them -true story - actually used the excuse "I'm so busy working on my ARNP -I don't have time to always schedule right away" So yeah...total inept arrogance. This is a Bradenton -based office. You will get....maybe....2 referrals a month in Hillsborough. Yet, they will find reason after reason for you to schlep down to Bradenton. Their "onboarding" is lengthy, annoying and unpaid. These idiots are not worth your time.
