I worked at Hawaiian Telcom full-time

    Pros

Sales and call centers are difficult and it is a high stress environment, but can also be a very fun environment. The pay is very good for an entry level position and benefits are amazing.

    Cons

Always changing and high expections from management.

    Advice to Management

Keep working to improve and keep your reps informed on all that is going on, to keep everyone on the same page.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Hawaiian Telcom full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Benefits are the only reason I stay.

    Cons

Poor management and zero communication. Employees are treated pretty badly.

    Advice to Management

Please communicate better with your employees. It seems like giving no information is a way to throw your employees under the bus because they can't do their job effectively. It also seems like a power trip and reeks of narcissism.
