    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Hawaiian Telcom full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Benefits are the only reason I stay.

    Cons

Poor management and zero communication. Employees are treated pretty badly.

    Advice to Management

Please communicate better with your employees. It seems like giving no information is a way to throw your employees under the bus because they can't do their job effectively. It also seems like a power trip and reeks of narcissism.
