      Pros

      Working on an RF capability in the open is interesting.

      Cons

      Previous product leaders did not listen to the analysts using the data. The company as a whole doesn't focus on the difficult problems of making RF data useful to customers. The sales leadership has a sell it and forget it mentality which impacts revenue and strains the company's people. The company espouses values which its leaders do not honor or hold. The company's use of hype and buzzwords to promote its offering is meaningless. CEO's lies and constant funding focus is almost like a Ponzi scheme.

      Pros

      An excellent internship program that introduces you to a wealth of disciplines and engineering department functions. Prior to my onboarding, the CEO, John Serafini, called me to welcome me the team. This phone call was both a pleasant surprise, and conversation,

      Cons

      As it was the inaugural internship program year, the onboarding process was slow but I believe it has since improved. Unfortunately, this process cut into the internship time and the transition between different departments.
