Flexible hours, sometimes free food, you can't get fired unless you REALLY mess up, it almost feels like the company cares but not really, hiring internally is easy should you decide to change positions, and the people are nice occasionally.
Cons
Management is an F in responsiveness and duties (I am currently waiting on a few things I asked for months ago). The pay is NOT competitive because you are graded as a whole when raise time comes along. This means if someone is doing the bare minimum and you are taking a lot of responsibility or working very hard you will get the same raise as the person barely doing their job. Last year the raise was 2.5%. Corporate and investors are the bread and butter while you are considered nothing. There will be lots of "thank yous" and appreciation for your hard work but little to no compensation (you may be given a bonus that will ultimately be added to your paycheck/401k and taxed heavily). The company will pretend to care about you and try to make things seem like they are changing but so far the previous company, Sunlight Supply, was by far a much better company to work for. If you don't mind sub par management, little to no opportunity for a better wage, being treated like you're a rock star but feeling no weight behind the words, slow action on your behalf while adding more responsibility to your daily tasks, and having your work judged as a group instead of individually then you should apply here. If not I would find another place that values your work more than 2.5% and maybe even pays you more from the start.
The culture is laid back and basically everyone is friendly and has a good attitude. Good mentality in the face of "adversity" - overall just an awesome group of people. Bar none the most laid back job I've ever had. Benefits are really good for a run-of-the-mill company. Expect decent compensation. Work-Life balance was good.
Cons
Fundamental disorganization. Zero high level follow through on projects/initiatives which cripples incentive. Things get forgotten every 30 days. No operational standards. Numerous and large blind spots. Decades behind the curve in terms of technology and systems. Literally everything is done brute force (like buying space rather than optimizing inventory) and because of the foundationally flawed infrastructure & blind spots, large scale & expensive initiatives continue to fail epically. Sadly, not currently a place where elegant, intelligent ideas can come to fruition.
