    Pros

    The benefits were pretty good. If you like apologizing on every call this job is for you. Most customers were good to work with.

    Cons

    No opportunity for advancement from call center to corporate office. Don't let them tell you there is advancement available. =THEY WILL NOT PROMOTE FROM CALL CENTER TO CORPORATE OFFICE. Never felt valued. Direct Supervisor was OK, but management never acknowledged long term employees. They put on a show at reception desk that young employees work there, but truth is mature, reliable employees make up bulk of employees...

    None. they wont take advice from low paying call center customer specialists, especially now that Walmart owns Hayneedle.
