It is fun to work with people from all around the world. Good PTO.
They will do anything to protect their top billing employees. Multiple people have filed complaints of sexual harassment against the top biller in the company and HR has not punished him at all and instead have just spread the information around to many different leaders in the company. There has been no action taken, probably because of the blatant favoritism that is shown to the top performers. This is not the first incident of inappropriate behavior being swept under the rug, and it will not be the last. Terribly low and unsustainable base salaries, and disgustingly low commission for associates- (8% of half of the fee) extremely out of date technology and databases. Until you are a manager you are virtually powerless, and even they cant get a laptop from the last 10 years.Continue reading
